Sports Mental Health Counseling
My counseling approach for athletes blends evidence-based mental health care with sports psychology principles focused on both performance and personal well-being. I believe mental health is just as important as physical training. You don't need to have something "wrong" to benefit-This is for athletes who want to perform- and- feel their best.

Counseling provides a supportive space to manage stress, build confidence, recover from setbacks and rediscover enjoyment in sport.

Common Concerns addressed:
-Performance Anxiety
-Loss of confidence
-Stress, Pressure and Burnout
-Injury recovery
-Identity beyond the sport
-Fear of failure
-Mental demands of competition
